Quiksylver's Terms of Service

Please read these terms of service before commissioning me. By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the terms of service and they remain effective regardless of whether you have read them or not!

  • I will not start drawing until I recieve the FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT.

  • I will start drawing as soon as the money is received and the finished product will be delivered by email or DM within 14 days of payment. This may be extended in the case of emergencies or high workload. I will inform you if there are any delays to your commission.

  • I live in the UK, GMT Timezone. I may not be active during evening hours and I am also a student attending regular lectures, but I will respond to queries and requests ASAP.

Customer Agreement

  • Please be respectful and patient during the commission process. Any form of rude, hateful or inappropriate behaviour could result in your commission being cancelled and you being blacklisted. In the worst cases, you will not be eligible for refunds.

  • You may request free major changes to the commission at the sketch stage. Once I begin the lineart onwards, any major changes will cost extra.

  • DO NOT resell my work or use it for merchandise.

  • DO NOT trace my work, use it as a base, remove signatures or claim it as your own.

  • Explicitly credit me when reposting my work. When uploading the artwork to Toyhouse, please credit me here: QuikSylver

  • By commissioning me, you agree to me using the finished piece for commissions advertising and posting to my social media. If you do not want me to share your commission PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds can only be issued if the drawing is incomplete. I cannot give a refund for a finished piece that you are dissatisfied with, so please communicate 100% clearly with me at the sketch and colour stages to make sure the piece is perfect for you!

  • If you wish to cancel the commission before it is complete, you will be partially refunded depending on the completion of the piece.

  • If I personally cancel the commission due to inability to complete it, you will be refunded full price regardless of the completion. Refunds and discounts will NOT be given for commissions that are delayed by less than 30 days.

  • If I personally cancel the commission due to inappropriate behaviour or a breach of the terms of service, you may NOT be refunded dependant on the situation.

  • Anthros

  • Quadrupeds

  • Fanart

  • OCs

  • Gore

  • Suggestive (no nudity)

  • Humans and humanoids (not my best)

  • Robots (simple only)

  • NSFW (will cost double, discuss with me first as there are some things I'm not comfortable drawing)

  • Political or offensive

  • Proshipping, underage or feral suggestive

  • Another artist's style
